How It Calculates

The calculator uses predefined costs per square foot for different floor types, a fixed cost per room for different wall types, and per square foot for different roof types:

• Floor Cost: Standard ($5/sq ft), Premium ($10/sq ft), Luxury ($15/sq ft)
• Wall Cost: Dry Wall ($200/room), Plaster ($500/room), Concrete ($1000/room)
• Roof Cost: Shingle ($3/sq ft), Tile ($6/sq ft), Metal ($9/sq ft)

The total cost is the sum of the flooring cost, wall cost, and roofing cost.
